淤浆法聚乙烯工艺高效催化剂的工业应用

中文摘要:采用自主研发的THG催化剂进行工业应用,考察了该催化剂的各项性能及装置运行的平稳性。结果表明,THG催化剂的活性(基于每克Ti 的HDPE产量)为62.75×104 g/g,为进口THB催化剂的11倍;聚合产品堆密度达到0.42 g/cm3,产品的熔融指数调整容易;催化活性释放平稳;整个生产过程受控,工艺参数平稳;聚合系统和母液回收系统无异常变化,聚合浆液和粉末输送顺畅;用THG催化剂生产的粉状HDPE的各项性能均能满足制品的要求。
英文摘要:Using the self-developed THG catalyst in industrial applications, the performance of the catalyst and the stability of the device operation has been studied. The results show that, the activity of the catalyst(based on the yield of HDPE per gram of Ti)is 62.75×104 g/g, and that is 11 times of the imported THB catalyst; the bulk density of the polymerization products reaches to 0.42 g/cm3, which makes the melt index easy to be adjusted; the activity of the catalyst is released steadily; the entire process is controlled, and the process parameters are steady; the polymerization and liquor recovery system has no abnormal changes, so the polymerization slurry and powder can be delivered smoothly; various performance of the powdered HDPE products produced by the THG catalyst can meet all the requirements.
