英文摘要：High shearing pump as key equipment of acrylic polymerization device, which directly determines the spinning supply original quality and quality of silk for spinning dope. Reasonably high shear transformation of the internal structure of the pump, effectively improve the use efficiency of pump, so that the media can run more fully grinding, mixing, due to structural bottlenecks to solve the problem of the high shear pump unplanned shutdowns can better for spinning dope improve quality, and ensure the quality of the silk, a benefit for the enterprise efficiency.
