中文摘要:润滑油异构脱蜡催化剂在采用切换进料方案加工不同馏分油时,存在轻质原料切换为重质原料的切换时间长、产品质量不合格和过渡产品量大的问题,针对该问题制备了不同体系润滑油异构脱蜡催化剂,并对产品稳定时间进行了考察。试验结果表明制备的润滑油异构脱蜡催化剂在异构活性、选择性和产品性质优异的同时,在原料切换稳定时间上具有明显优势。
英文摘要:In order to lessen the switching time and reduce inferior intermediate products in light feedstock switched to heavy feedstock, a series of lubricant isodewaxing catalysts were prepared. The stability time of products was investigated, the results revealed that prepared catalysts had better isodewaxing activity and selectivity, properties of products were excellent, and the switching time had clear advantage compared with the commercial isodewaxing catalysts.
