不间断电源超级电容充电控制技术研究

中文摘要:为防止生产设备意外停机给生产流程造成重大损失,工业生产中常常采用不间断电源。在对不间断电源充电过程中,主要解决超级电容的充电控制问题。为了解决不间断电源超级电容等效内阻随SOC变化而影响充电效率的问题,本文采用BUCK型充电电路,针对该电路推导出不同情况下输入输出电压关系,并在此基础上建立充电电路模型和充电数学模型。最后,提出定值比较控制模式,根据建立的模型,在Proteus中建立仿真模型,通过ANALOGUE图表观察充电电流曲线,验证定量比较控制模式的在充电速度以及效率上的明显优势。
英文摘要:In order to prevent the losses caused by production equipment downtime, uninterruptible power supply is used in industrial production. In the process of charging, the main issue is super capacitor charging control technology. In order to solve the problem, which the equivalent resistance of super capacity of uninterruptible power supply affect the charging efficiency, BUCK charging circuit has been design in this paper. The relationship between input and output voltage under different circumstances is derived. The model of circuit and charging have been established. Finally the value comparison control mode is given. The simulation based on the model is established in Proteus and the charging current curve is observed by ANALOGUE chart, which verify the advantages of the charging speed and efficiency of quantitative comparison control mode.
