中文摘要:延迟焦化装置加热炉热管式空气预热系统在运行一段时间之后,出现了空气预热器烟道堵塞、热管腐蚀、调节性能变差、排烟温度升高和热管使用寿命降低等现象。为解决这些问题,某石化公司根据焦化加热炉的特点,经过现有加热炉空气预热系统技术对比,制定出了焦化加热炉空气预热系统改造方案。并对该改造方案的可行性进行了分析。
英文摘要:Delayed coker furnace heat pipe air preheater system in operation for some time, the emergence of air preheater flue is blocked, heat pipe corrosion, poor regulation performance, exhaust temperatures and heat pipe reduced service life and so on. To solve these problems, a petrochemical company based on the characteristics of coking furnace, furnace air preheating system through the existing technical comparison, worked out a coking furnace air preheating system reform program. And the feasibility of the transformation program were analyzed.
