制氢节能工艺的研究

中文摘要：制氢装置是煤化工、炼油等工厂必不可少的重要组成部分，也是高能耗和主要的二氧化碳排放装置，对制氢工艺开展节能减排研究意义重大。文章结合50000Nm3/h制氢装置的工程实例，通过选择合适的工艺流程、严格参数控制、应用多种具体的节能措施，对装置进行了全面的优化设计。
英文摘要：Hydrogen production plant is an indispensable important part of the coal chemical industry, oil refining plant and so on, it’s also high energy consumption and the main emissions of carbon dioxide, hydrogen production process for the research of energy saving and emissions reduction is great significance. This article combines the engineering example of 50000 Nm3/h hydrogen production plant, by choosing suitable technological process, stricting control parameters, and applying a variety of specific energy-saving measures, to comprehensive optimize the design of the plant.
