中文摘要:随着原油加工量和乙烯产量的增加,石化企业热电厂的产能也不断提高,导致二氧化硫排放量居高不下,区域性大气污染问题日趋明显。通过对热电厂烟气脱硫技术进展情况研究和技术方案比选,采用乙烯废碱法烟气脱硫技术,使用乙烯装置产生的废碱液作为烟气脱硫吸收剂,达到“以废治废”的目的,既节约企业处理废碱液的费用,产生明显的经济效益,又符合当前环保要求,符合循环经济理念。通过在石化企业的实际应用,验证了该技术的实施效果。
英文摘要:With increasing of amount of sulfur crude oil, capacity of thermo power station of Petrochemical Corporation is increasing, and lead to sulfur dioxide emissions increasing, and regional air pollution is becoming clear. Adopt flue gas desulphurization technology of ethylene spent caustic method using ethylene spent caustic as absorber of flue gas desulphurization, with the study of progress and the scheme comparison of flue gas desulphurization technology of thermo power station, and the aim of processing waste by waste is achieved. Cost of processing of the ethylene spent caustic is saved and the economic benefits are obvious by applying this technology. It also meets the need of environment protection and concept of circular economy. With the practical application in Petrochemical Corporation, the performance of this technology is verified.
