A3刚腐蚀试片在缓蚀剂中的缓蚀行为研究

中文摘要:腐蚀是炼油化工行业中面临的重大安全隐患,本文以A3钢为腐蚀对象,采用常压静态腐蚀失重法研究了有机类、无机类缓蚀剂对A3钢的缓蚀作用,实验结果表明,有机类缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果优于无机类缓蚀剂,添加丙炔醇、有机胺等增效剂后,可以显著提高缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。添加50ug/g自制缓蚀剂NS-1的腐蚀速率为0.78g/m2. h,缓蚀率达到95%以上。通过对腐蚀试片表面形貌的观察发现,有机类缓蚀剂在试片表面吸附形成了一层比较均匀致密的保护膜,其保护了试片免受腐蚀介质的腐蚀。
英文摘要:Corrosion is one of the major security risks in the refining and chemical industries. In this paper, the corrosion inhibition effect of inorganic and organic inhibitors on A3 steel were studied by atmospheric static weight loss method. The experimental results showed that the effects of organic corrosion inhibitors were better than the inorganic corrosion inhibitors. The corrosion inhibitors’ performance were significantly improved by adding propargyl alcohol and organic amines. The corrosion rate was 1.61 g/m2 in the system with 50ug / g NS-1 and the inhibition rate was 95%. The surface morphology of the A3 showed that an organic corrosion inhibitor film adsorbed on the surface of the A3 test piece which protects against the corrosive medias.
