中文摘要:本文研究了聚丙烯酰胺连续合成方法,设计了一种基于聚丙烯酰胺连续聚合方法的小试实验装置,并对该方法中除氧时间,单体浓度、引发温度、引发剂种类及用量等合成因素进行初步探讨,在实验室内合成出了基于连续聚合方法的PAM样品,并对样品进行了初步分析性能检测分析,确定了吹氮时间为15-20min,单体AM浓度25%-35%,初始引发温度为15℃,引发剂浓度15-20ppm,进料速度控2.5ml/min的合成条件。
英文摘要:Abstract: The paper studies the continuous synthesis of polyacrylamide,designed a small scale experimental apparatus based on continuous polymerization method and investigated the synthetic factors such as the time of removing oxygen, monomer concentration, the temperature of causing reaction, the type and amount of initiator, synthesized the PAM samples in the laboratory based on continuous polymerization process, and the samples were preliminarily analyzed.In the end,determined the synthesis conditions:the time of removing oxygen: 15-20min, the monomer concentration:25% -35% , the initial temperature:15℃, initiator concentration: 15-20ppm, feed speed 2.5ml / min
