原油快评技术在调合中的应用

中文摘要：近年来，我国炼化企业加工的原油品种多、性质波动大，原油调合已经成为必不可少的手段。为了确保原油调合的良好效果，关键要解决原油性质预测的问题。本文介绍了一套原油快速评价系统，采用近红外光谱分析技术及时准确的获取原油性质，为优化原油配方提供依据，确保调合后原油性质稳定。该系统已在某石化企业成功运行了3年，平稳了CDU的进料性质，原油调合取得了良好的效果。
英文摘要：Recent years, Crude Oil Blending is becoming a kind of indispensable means in our country’s Petrochemical enterprises ,because of the varieties of crude oil more and more and nature fluctuation is bigger and bigger. The key word to ensure the results of oil blending is the analysis of crude oil. This paper introduces a set of Oil Rapid analysis system which based on the technology of near infrared spectral analysis, could get the oil nature quickly and accurately, then provide the basis for optimization of crude oil formula and rnsure the stability of oil blending. The system has been running 3 years in a chemical enterprise successfully, smooth the feed of CDU and ensure the the results of oil blending.
