英文摘要：The article analyses the butadiene polymerization mechanism of Daqing butadiene extraction unit, Points out that the control of oxygen in system and reduce dead area in eqipment is the main method to prevent polymerization .The emphasis is discussing the advantages and successful application of prevention polymerization measures for equipment in NMP and DMF technology in many ways of process screw compressor, overhead condenser, flange and valve, and putting forward the next step measures to existing insuffciency .
