中文摘要:介绍了目前世界稠油资源分布的情况。综述了国内外稠油改质的主要技术,包括稠油掺稀、溶剂脱沥青、减粘裂化、供氢热裂化、HTL(heavy to light)改质技术、水热催化裂化减粘,论述了主要工艺应用和改质效果,比较分析各种改质技术的优势和不足。对于劣质稠油改质,需综合考虑这些改质技术成熟度、工艺过程、操作成本、投资规模及产物品质相差较大,此外,重油改质工艺的选择也要根据稠油规模、油田具体情况及改质目标确定。
英文摘要:The paper described the distribution of heavy oil resource,summarized most commonly used upgrading methods of heavy oil, including heavy oil dilution, solvent deasphalting, visbreaking, hydrogen donor thermal cracking, HTL upgrading technique, aquathermolysis. It also introduces the development and application and compares the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. Many technologies can be used to upgrade the heavy oil in theory. However, there are big differences for different processing technologies in technical maturity, technical process, operating cost, investment scale and quality of the products. Moreover, the choice of upgrading technology should make comprehensive consideration in heavy oil scale, actual condition of the oilfield and the upgrading objective.
