中文摘要:研究了成核剂对聚丙烯结晶性能的影响。采用羧酸盐类成核剂、磷酸盐类成核剂、松香型成核剂和山梨醇类成核剂考察了对均聚聚丙烯结晶行为产生的影响。其中选取磷酸盐类成核剂制备了耐热聚丙烯,并对其各项性能进行了测试分析。实验结论:四种不同种类的成核剂对聚丙烯的结晶温度、结晶速率和结晶尺寸影响均较大,其中磷酸盐类成核剂对结晶行为影响最大,制备的聚丙烯耐热性能指标得到较大提高。
英文摘要:Crystallization behavior of homo-polypropylene effected by four different types of nucleating agents including phosphate nucleating agent and carboxylic acid salts nucleating agent and rosin nucleating agent and sorbitol nucleating agent is researched. Heat resistant polypropylene is prepared using phosphate nucleating agent. The results showed that four different types of nucleating agents are larger influence on the crystallization temperature of polypropylene, the crystallization rate and crystal size, wherein the crystallinity degree of phosphate nucleating agent is max. The heat distortion temperature and other properties of heat-resistant polypropylene are improved significantly.
