中文摘要:针对复杂多变的石化装置生产过程,为有效实现生产过程风险的动态监测、分析、预警与管控,提高异常事件的处置能力和生产装置过程安全管理水平,提出了一种实时与周期相结合的过程安全管控架构和技术路线,给出了基于异常工况识别预警的实时安全运行指导系统和过程安全管理评估系统,并在某炼化企业的延迟焦化、催化裂化、乙烯等装置开展了试点应用。应用表明,该系统可增强装置异常工况监测预警和处置能力,量化分析装置过程安全管理薄弱环节,有助于过程安全管理改进和水平提升,对保障装置安全稳定运行,提升装置风险智能化管控水平具有现实意义。
英文摘要:For the complex and volatile petrochemical plant production process, in order to realize the dynamic monitoring, analysis, early warning and control of the risk of production process, and improve the handling capability of the abnormal event and process safety management level of the production device. This paper had proposed process safety management and control architecture and technology route of real-time and periodic combination. It had proposed the real-time safety operation guidance system and the process safety management assessment system based on the abnormal condition identification and early warning technology. It is applied to the delayed coking, catalytic cracking, ethylene device of petrochemical enterprise. Application shows, the system can enhance the abnormal operating condition monitoring and early warning and disposal capability, It can quantify the weak link of the process safety management of the device, It helps to improve the process safety management and improve the level, It has practical significance for the safety and stability operation, and risk intelligent control level upgrade of device.
