中文摘要:本文对3-芳基苯并呋喃酮衍生物3-(3,4-二甲基苯基)-5,7-二叔丁基-3-氢-苯并呋喃-2-酮(SHY-1)的精制工艺及应用的进行了探索研究。在较佳的精制工艺条件下:即“结晶溶剂甲醇与SHY-1粗产物的质量比为1.5: 1、结晶温度为-5℃、冷却方式为60℃~-5℃缓慢降温且-5℃恒温1h”,精制产品的纯度可达99.90%,收率可达70.20%;其在BOPP的应用效果显示,三元复合抗氧剂组成配比SHY-1为15%、1010为42.5%、168为42.5%的YJK-101-1#抗氧化效果最为突出。
英文摘要:The refining process and application of 3-(3,4-dimethylphenyl)-5,7-di-tert-butyl-methyl-3H-benzofuran-2-one(SHY-1)was studied. The refining process conditions were optimized, the purity of the product was 99.90% and the yield of the product was 70.20% when the mass ratio of methanol to SHY-1crude product is 1.5: 1, at -5℃,and 60 the temperature of slow cooling at -5 and the constant temperature of -5 for 1h. Its application effec tof BOPP show that when the three element composite antioxidant YJK-101-1# by 15%SHY-1, 42.5%1010, 42.5%168 ,its antioxidant effect is most prominent.
