中文摘要：目前，炼化企业生产装置的常规控制难以解决很多控制问题，在多种生产约束条件下，不能保证操作安全平稳，降低能耗以及提高产能和收率。先进控制技术应用，是炼化企业实现生产系统管控一体化的基础，也是炼化企业提高盈利能力的重要手段，能够最大限度地提高企业经济效益，实现装置“安”、“稳”、“长”、“满”、“优”运行。本文通过对炼化企业的概述以及主要生产装置的介绍，引出了炼化企业的业务流程。然后，通过对业务流程的分析，指出了炼化生产装置中的先进控制技术的应用的重要性，并对先进控制在生产装置中的应用进行了详细的研究，说明了近年来，炼化企业在先进控制的应用方面都做了大量工作，积累了许多宝贵的经验。
英文摘要：At present, refining enterprise production of conventional control is difficult to solve the problem of a lot of control, in a variety of production constraints, can guarantee safe operation smoothly, reduce energy consumption and improve the productivity and yield. Advanced control technology, is the foundation of refining enterprise integrates production system control, and is an important method of refining enterprise to improve profitability, able to maximize the enterprise economic benefits, achieve device "Safe", "stability" and "long", "full", "excellent". This article through to refining enterprises and an overview of the main production is introduced, raises the refining enterprise business process. Then, through the analysis of the business process, and points out that the refining production unit of the importance of the application of advanced control technology, and the application of advanced control in the production has carried on the detailed research, shows that in recent years, the petrochemical enterprises in advanced control applications have done a lot of work, accumulated a lot of valuable
experience.
