中文摘要：综述了新型铸铁板翅式空气预热器的设计技术，包括整体的6点基本设计、提高热效率的7点优化设计和安全延寿的4点改善设计，总结表明该预热器的设计技术处于从初步研究和工程应用迈向成熟技术的过渡阶段，其中使翅片板也贡献出强度的满强度计算，提高工程适应性的翅片板规格尺寸系列化和行业标准化、提高翅片板在线冲洗效果的特殊新机构等是当前最具工程价值的课题。
英文摘要：The design technology of new cast plate-fin air pre-heater are summarized，which include 6 points base design, 7 points optimize design and 4 points improve design. The results show that the design technology is during the interim from pilot study and engineering application to the mature technology. Three problems are the importance engineering task worth to research at present, which include full strength design of finned plate, both specs series and industry standardization of finned plate for their engineering adaptability, and special new machine for washing finned plate in line.
