中文摘要:研究了不同配比的化学试剂在加热的条件下对含油污泥脱油效果的影响。即选用CMC、AEO-9、碳酸钠、LAS、STPP、偏硅酸钠六种表面活性剂按一定质量比配制成64种质量分数为2%的洗脱液,在反应温度为50℃,反应时间为35 min,液固质量比为5:1的条件下洗涤含油率为62.90%的含油污泥,得出六种表面活性剂的质量比为1:3:15:15:25:11时含油污泥残油率最低,仅为3.03%。
英文摘要:The paper researched on the degreasing effect of oily sludge with chemicals of different proportions under heating conditions. CMC, AEO-9, NaCO3, LAS, STPP, Na2SiO3•9H2O were used according to a certain mass ratio to compound 64 kinds of quality score of 2% of the elution to wash the oily sludge of 62.90% at the conditions of reaction temperature of 50 ℃, reaction time of 35 minutes and liquid-solid mass ratio of 5:1. The best formula was the mass ratio of 1:3:15:15:25:11 of the six kinds of surfactants. The rate of residual oil was minimum and was only 3.03%.
