中文摘要：简要介绍了我厂BGC200型打包机在生产过程中发现液压油箱中的液压油呈乳白色，液位计视镜有明显水珠这一异常现象，通过分析排查，并结合打包机主压油缸的结构特点和液压系统的油路特征，找出水的来源为打包机周围环境空气湿度增高，空气中的水份与主压油缸回油时喷射出的液压油接触并充份混合，造成此现象，提出并实施了在主压回油口处增加挡板，阻止了液压油的喷射，减少了水和液压油的大面积接触，使油中带水的问题得到有效控制。
