热水再沸器腐蚀泄漏浅析

中文摘要:检查发现再沸器管束泄漏,拆卸后能看到有大量的污垢附着在壳层表面,取腐蚀严重管束切开进行检验,结合光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪及X射线衍射仪的测试结果,可以知该再沸器在管程和壳程均发生垢下腐蚀,壳层腐蚀严重。腐蚀产物主要为铁的氧化物Fe3O4。建议对管束进行金属涂层处理,加强水质管理,定期对换热管进行清洗等方法有效解决热水再沸器腐蚀泄漏问题。
英文摘要: the inspection found that are boiler tube bundle leakage, after remove the rear, we can see a lot of dirt attached to the shell surface, take serious corrosion of tube bundle open for inspection, according to the test results of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy spectrum and XRD, we find the heater’s tube side and shell side are both occurred corrosion under the scale, the corrosion of shell is serious. The main corrosion product is Fe3O4. Suggest some effective methods treatment of tube metal coat, strength the management of water, clean the heat exchanger tube regular. These are effective methods to solve the water heater corrosion leakage problem.
