中文摘要:本文采用非稳态共沉淀的方法制备了用于酯交换反应的固体催化剂,通过BET,FTIR,TG−DSC和SEM方法对催化剂进行了表征。脂肪酸甲酯由小桐子油和甲醇在制备的催化剂的作用下进行酯交换反应所得。采用HFRR方法对产品的润滑性能作出评价。以小桐子油为原料制备的脂肪酸甲酯作为一种有效的润滑添加剂,其有效性随着添加剂浓度的增加而增强。产品中含有不饱和脂肪酸甲酯能有效改善柴油的低温流动性。本文考察了反应条件对酯交换反应的影响,并对工艺参数进行了优化。
英文摘要:The coprecipitation method was adopted to prepare solid catalysts for transesterification. BET, FTIR, TG−DSC and SEM were used for characterizing solid catalysts. Fatty acid methyl esters were generated by the transesterification, which reacts Jatropha curcas oil with methanol in the presence of the prepared catalysts. HFRR method has been utilized to evaluate the lubricating property of the product. Fatty acid methyl esters generated by taking Jatropha curcas oil as raw materials were promising lubricant additives. The lubrication effect of additives to diesel fuel has increased with an increasing concentration of the additive. Experiments have proved that unsaturated fatty acids methyl esters were effective in improving the low-temperature fluidity of diesel fuel. This paper investigated the influence of reaction conditions on the transesterification. The technological parameters have been optimized in this research.
