中文摘要:本文以独山子石化重汽油为原料,在360ml绝热评价装置上考察了反应条件对CoMo/ZSM-5催化剂芳构化性能的影响,实验结果表明,在反应温度365℃、压力1.6MPa、空速1.5h-1和氢油体积比300:1的条件下,芳烃含量增加了3个百分点,研究法辛烷值无损失,产品的液收为97%,相关研究结果对工业生产中有效地调控CoMo/ZSM-5催化剂的芳构化反应条件具有重要的指导作用。并对芳构化反应的机理进行了探讨。
英文摘要:In this paper, the heavy gasoline from Dushanzi Petrochemical Company was used as feed materials and aromatization reactions of the CoMo/ZSM-5 catalystand aromatization process were investigated on a 360ml thermal insulation evaluation device, The results showed thatCoMo/ZSM-5 catalyst exhibited high catalytic activity and stability under the following optimum reaction condition: reaction temperature 365℃,pressure 1.6Mpa,space velocity 1.5 h-1, and hydrogen/oil volumetric ratio 300:1, the content of aromatics increase of 3 percent, without loss of RON, with liquid yield of 97wt%, These findings give a useful guidance for effectively regulating the aromatization process of the CoMo/ZSM-5 catalyst during industrial process. The mechanism of aromatization reactions was briefly discussed.
