中文摘要：本文针对蒸汽锅炉炉管失效问题及剩余寿命分析，结合国外相关标准化，论文对此提出了两种研究方法，基于历史记录审查法，金相图片及高频超声波氧化层测厚法，对炉管剩余寿命预见测出了可以信赖的时间概念，并在我厂锅炉检验中得以初步应用。
英文摘要： In this paper, the problem of furnace tube failure of steam boiler and residual life are analyzed, combined with foreign related standardization, there are two research techniques are proposed, based on historical records review, metallograph and high frequency ultrasonic oxidation layer thickness measurement, reliable time concept of residual life prediction of furnace tube is measured and preliminarily applied to the steam boiler inspection in our factory.
