中文摘要:异丁烯是化工领域中重要的生产原料,其二聚体和三聚体是有机合成中重要的化工中间体,酸性催化剂常用于异丁烯聚合。本文评价了用于异丁烯聚合中的不同催化剂的催化性能,如固体磷酸催化剂,分子筛催化剂,氧化物催化剂,酸性树脂催化剂和离子液体催化剂,并分析其优缺点。通过改变催化剂的酸性可获得具有更好催化性能的稳定、无腐蚀性的催化剂,同时延长催化剂寿命,容易再生。
英文摘要:Isobutene is widely used as an important raw material in chemical industry that can be upgraded.The dimer and trimer produced by isobutene oligomerization are intermediates in the manufacture of synthetic organic chemicalsSeveral acid catalysts have been applied for the continuous oligomerization of isobutene in liquid phase. This reviewevaluates the performance of various acid catalysts for isobutene oligomerization such as solid phosphoric acid, zeolites, oxides, acid resins and ionic liquid. The advantages of disadvantages are analyzed. The oligomerization of isobutene may be improved furtherthrough improving the acidity of catalyst, thus catalyst with better catalytic performance, stability, non-corrosiveness can be obtained. Meanwhile, prolonging the service life of catalyst and looking for the method for facile regeneration can ensure long-term safe and continuous oligomerization.
