中文摘要:大庆石化公司120万吨/年延迟焦化装置焦炭塔进料阀为高温防结焦隔离球阀,2016年3月至11月,在装置生产过程中发生两次阀门故障无法正常开关的情况,装置被迫停工更换阀门。针对故障,车间全程跟踪了阀门解体、清除污垢、检查的过程,并就拆检过程中发现的问题,进行了故障分析。针对问题产生的原因,提出加强维修监管、加强操作管理及优化阀门吹扫结构等解决措施。
