中文摘要:随着柴油加氢精制程度的深入,其润滑性不足的问题日渐凸显。本文综述了低硫柴油润滑改进剂的发展现状与前沿动态,分析了低硫柴油润滑性差的原因和解释了柴油润滑的作用机理;开展了非均相催化剂制备与表征研究,建立了非均相催化剂制备润滑改进剂的技术路线,通过高频往复磨损试验机方法对抗磨剂的润滑性能进行了评价。阐述了柴油组分对润滑性的影响,概括了国内外常用的醇醚类、羧酸类、脂肪酸酯类、酰胺类和芳烃类等化合物作为柴油润滑改进剂的研究情况及其优缺点;介绍了目前广泛使用的柴油润滑性评价试验方法;展望了柴油润滑改进剂研究的发展方向。
英文摘要:With the wide application of low-sulfur diesel, the insufficient lubrication of it is becoming increasingly prominent. In this research, the present situation and frontier trends of low-sulfur diesel additives were reviewed. The main cause of insufficient lubrication of low-sulfur diesel was analyzed. The effect mechanism of anti-wear improver was explained. We have carried out the synthesis and characterization study of the metal oxide catalyst. And the technical route for synthesizing the anti-wear additive by using the metal oxide catalyst has been created. At last, the high frequency reciprocating rig test has been employed to determine the lubricating property of anti-wear additive. The influence of diesel component on lubricity was elaborated. Anti-wear improvers applied both at home and abroad were introduced as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The mostly applied evaluation test methods were summarized. The development trend of anti-wear improvers was discussed.
