罐底油泥中标准油提取和标准曲线的研究

中文摘要:以新疆某炼厂罐底油泥为例,将标准油的提取作为出发点,着重研究罐底油泥标准油的不同提取方法对萃取溶剂、比色波长以及标准曲线精度的要求和影响。实验结果表明,当吸收波长为254nm时,采用混合庚烷作为萃取溶剂,罐底油泥经索氏提取的标准油,绘制成标准曲线,线性关系的相关系数达到99.9%,有效地解决了采用传统外输原油作为标准油及石油醚作为萃取剂的不足。该方法对落地油泥同样适用。
英文摘要:Taking the oil sludge at the bottom of a refinery in Xinjiang as an example, the extraction of standard oil is taken as the starting point. The requirements and effects of different extraction methods of standard oil on the oil sludge at the bottom of the tank on the extraction solvent, color specific wavelength and standard curve precision are studied. The experimental results show that when the absorption wavelength is 254nm, mixed heptane is used as the extraction solvent. The standard oil of the oil sludge at the bottom of the tank is drawn into a standard curve. The correlation coefficient of the linear relationship reaches 99.9%, which effectively solves the shortage of the traditional external oil as the standard oil and the petroleum ether as the extractant. This method is also suitable for ground oil sludge.
