数据挖掘在石化企业安全管理中的应用研究

中文摘要：目前石化企业积累了大量的安全管理业务数据，针对海量数据尚未充分发挥价值的现状，提出了一种基于数据挖掘的石化企业安全管理数据分析方法，建立了安全管理薄弱环节风险预警业务模型及算法。以炼化企业安全管理系统装置检查数据挖掘分析为例，应用结果表明，该数据挖掘方法可以有效发现装置运行过程中集中存在的问题及部位，自动给出对应的处置措施建议，从而提高石化企业的安全管理水平。
英文摘要：The petrochemical industry has accumulated a large volume of safety management data, however the massive data has not been utilized efficiently. A safety management data analysis method based on data mining is proposed in this paper, which establishes the complete algorithm for risk warning of the weak points in safety management. Taking the device inspection data in safety management system of petroleum refinery as an example, the application results show that the data mining method proposed in this paper can discover the weak points in device operation process and give suggestions automatically, improving the level of the safety management in petrochemical industry.
