流化床异丁烯催化裂解制丙烯工艺研究

中文摘要:在中型循环流化床催化裂解试验装置上,对异丁烯在择型分子筛催化剂上的裂解性能进行了研究,考察了反应温度、空速、蒸汽稀释比等操作参数对目的产物丙烯的影响。试验结果表明,在试验考察范围内,丙烯产率随反应温度、空速、蒸汽稀释比的增加,均呈现先增加后下降的趋势。在反应温度560℃、空速2h-1、蒸汽稀释比20%时,丙烯产率达到最大,为30.6%。
英文摘要:The cracking performance of isobutylene on the molecular sieve catalyst was studied in a circulating fluidized catalytic cracking pilot plant. The effect of operating parameters, such as reaction temperature, space velocity and steam dilution ratio, on the propylene yield were investigated. It was revealed that the yield of propylene increases first and then decreases with the increase of reaction temperature, spacer velocity and steam dilution ratio within the scope of test. When the reaction temperature is 560℃, the space velocity is 2h-1, and the steam dilution ratio is 20%, the propylene yield reaches its maximum of 30.6%.
