中文摘要：异戊橡胶生胶门尼黏度数据比对实验室为36家，比对数据采用稳健统计技术进行了处理和分析评价， Z比分数统计结果表明， 36家实验室的A、B样品测试结果均为满意结果，所占比例均为100%，Z值的绝对值的平均值均不大于0.7。橡胶门尼黏度标准物质在合成橡胶行业进行推广应用。在校准门尼黏度计、控制产品质量、考核人员、监督检验、交易与贸易、质量仲裁等方面发挥了重要的作用。因此，合成橡胶行业异戊橡胶门尼黏度比对满意结果均占100%，橡胶门尼黏度的测试水平得到了大幅度提高。
英文摘要：A total of 36 laboratories participated in the comparison of isoprene rubber mooney viscosity data comparison,The results of comparison were treated and evaluated with robust statistical techniques, Z-score results show that the 36 laboratories test results are satisfied, the proportion is 100%, The average of absolute values of Z-values is no more than 0.7.Rubber mooney viscosity standard material is widely used in synthetic rubber industry. It plays an important role in calibrating mooney viscometers, controlling product quality, inspecting personnel, supervising and inspecting, trading and trading, quality arbitration and so on. Therefore, the satisfactory results of mooney viscosity ratio account for 100% in the isoprene rubber industry,the detection level of mooney viscosity in the rubber industry had greatly improved.
