中文摘要：异戊橡胶门尼黏度国家标准物质的复制，按照JJF 1059.1 -2012技术规范的要求，评定其不确定度，其定值方式采用多家实验室联合定值。定值结果的数据处理技术采用偏态系数和峰态系数检验正态分布；拉依达准则检验定值结果是否存在可疑值；科克伦法检验定值结果是否为等精度。统计的定值结果表明，在a=0.01的显著水平时，复制异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质所有的定值结果呈正态分布、结果中不存在可疑值、各实验室之间的定值结果等精度。异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质在ML(1+4)100℃条件下不确定度分别为1.1，标准值为73.9±1.1。
英文摘要：According to the requirement of technical specification in JJF 1059.1-2012 , evaluated the uncertainty of national Mooney viscosity standard material of the copied isoprene rubber, Fixed value adopted several laboratory joint. Used the Skewness Coefficient and Kurtosis coefficient to test normal distribution of data. Used Pauta criterion to test whether there was a dubious value in fixed value results, Used Cochran method to inspect accuracy of the fixed value results. Statistical Results showed that when a=0.01 significant level, the fixed value present normally distributed and unsuspicious value of copied isoprene rubber Mooney viscosity standard substance, meanwhile there were such as precision among each lab results. The uncertainty was 1.1 and standard value was 73.9±1.1 of isoprene rubber Mooney viscosity standard material in ML(1 + 4) 100℃.
