中文摘要：中油国际（哈萨克斯坦）奇姆肯特炼油公司（简称“PKOP炼油厂”）现代化改造项目二期工程200万t/a催化裂化装置，为哈国唯一一套完全采用美国UOP工艺技术的催化装置。采用完全再生工艺、VSS旋分系统、高效AFTM环形挡板三段汽提、全重力流密相外取热器等关键设备和技术。独特的主风机、烟气轮机设计模式和烟气转向阀的应用，极大的提高了装置抗风险能力。运行情况表明：装置具有良好的重油转化和抗重金属污染能力，产品分布较为理想。
英文摘要：2000 KTA/a FCC Unit of Second phase modernization upgrading project of PetroKazakhstan Oil Products Limited Liability Partnership (Abbreviated as “PKOP”) is the only one FCC unit fully utilizing UOP technology from U.S. in which key equipment and technologies such as full regeneration, VSS cyclone separation, three-stage high efficient AFTM annular baffle, dense bed external heat cooler with full gravity flow etc are used. Application of distinct main air blower, gas turbine steering valves has tremendously increased the anti-risk capacity of the FCC Unit. The Performance of the unit shows that it has good heavy oil conversion and anti-heavy metal pollution capacity, the distribution of the products is also quite nice.
