中文摘要:直馏石脑油依据其烃类组成具有不同的加工方案,现有直馏石脑油实验室分子检测方法耗时长、成本高,难以满足炼化企业实时性要求。文中提出将原油分子数据和常减压机理模型相结合的方法,并基于Aspen Plus软件,实现直馏石脑油的烃类组成快速、准确预测。该方法已成功应用于茂名原油加工优化系统,可在线实时预测直馏石脑油烃类组成,及时指导后续加工去向。
英文摘要:Straight-run naphtha has different processing schemes according to its hydrocarbon composition. The existing straight-run naphtha laboratory molecular detection methods are time-consuming and costly, which are difficult to meet the real-time requirements of refining enterprises. In this paper, a method combining crude oil molecular data with atmospheric and vacuum pressure mechanism model is proposed, and based on Aspen Plus software, the hydrocarbon composition of straight naphtha can be predicted rapidly and accurately. This method has been successfully applied to Maoming Petrochemical Company, which can predict the hydrocarbon composition of straight distillation naphtha in real time, and guide the direction of subsequent processing in time.
