中文摘要:铁素体含量作为不锈钢耐蚀堆焊层检验的重要指标,无论是在加氢反应器或者是在螺纹锁紧环型换热器制造要求上都及其严格,其含量直接影响到焊接热裂纹的产生。近年来行业对于不锈钢带极堆焊及手工电弧焊铁素体含量的控制已有了一定研究,但对于大量应用在小接管内壁堆焊的自动TIG堆焊技术,一般都是企业自行摸索。文中对在12Cr2Mo1R钢板上采用自动TIG堆焊ER309L+ER347进行分析研究,特别对同种焊材在不同堆焊工艺参数下,对堆焊层铁素体含量的影响进行了分析,找出影响熔敷金属铁素体含量的关键因素,最终得出最佳的焊接工艺参数。
英文摘要:The ferrite content is an important indicator for the inspection of stainless steel corrosion resistant surfacing layer. It is strict in the hydrogenation reactor or the manufacturing requirements of the thread locking ring type heat exchanger, and its content directly affects the welding hot crack. The production. In recent years, the industry has studied the control of the ferrite content of stainless steel strips and manual arc welding. However, for the large-scale application of automatic TIG surfacing technology in the inner wall of small joints, enterprises are generally groping. In this paper, the automatic TIG surfacing welding ER309L+ER347 is applied to the 12Cr2Mo1R steel plate. The influence of the same kind of welding consumables on the ferrite content of the surfacing layer is analyzed. The key factors of the metal ferrite content finally lead to the best welding process parameters.
