英文摘要:The industrial application process of thermal spraying repair technology involves the selection of rough, pre-and post-treatment process, thermal spraying process, the detection and determination of product quality and the estimated value of coating life. During the remanufacturing process of Thermal spray repair technology, some kinds of assistive technologies play a very important role, such as surface cleaning technology, nondestructive detection technology, machining technology, surface pretreatment technology, post-spraying coating treatment technology and rough and coating quality evaluation system. The development of various assistive technologies is of great significance to the selection of rough, the systematic control of remanufactured product quality, the economics of remanufacturing process and the industrialization of thermal spray repairing technology.
