英文摘要:In the storage and transportation system of refining and chemical plant, there is a large amount of storage material and high risk on operation safety, Most of them are major hazards, and it is difficult to deal with fire and explosion accident, always cause great social impact. Through tank accident case analysis and Application of LOPA analysis method, it is help for analysis the cause of the accident and improves the accident prevention measures. Carrying out the hidden safety investigation and management in the tank farm is a major task of the refining and chemical plant. Through improving tank measuring instrument, setting up the safety instrumented system, increasing the design of shut-off valve, and lightning protection, anti-static facilities perfect, solving the connectivity problem in VOC governance of tank top gas, to enhance the Intrinsic safety level of storage and transportation tank farm.
