中文摘要：对性能稳定质量优良的国产聚丙烯树脂T30S样品，进行等规指数含量测定，根据测定结果各统计量绘制凝胶含量测定的X-R（或S）控制图。根据X图、R图和S图，可以判断实验室聚丙烯树脂等规指数含量测定结果处于良好的受控状态，实验室具有较高的系统和随机控制的能力，测定结果准确可靠。在测定聚丙烯树脂等规指数含量时，系统误差控制在±0.2%范围内, 随机误差应小于0.5%，标准偏差应小于0.26。
英文摘要：Abstract: in order to determine the content of X-R (or S) in gel content, the content of isotactic index of domestic polypropylene resin T30S with high stability and good quality was measured. According to the X map, R map and S map, can determine the isotacticity of polypropylene resin was measured in the laboratory was controlled in good condition, the system has high ability of laboratory and stochastic control, accurate and reliable results. In the determination of isotactic index of polypropylene resin, the system error is controlled in the range of ± 0.2%, the random error should be less than 0.5%, the standard deviation should be less than 0.26.
