中文摘要:摘要:山东京博石油化工有限公司200万吨/年催化裂化装置2017年2月出现柴油颜色发黑现象,采用γ射线检测发现分馏塔部分塔盘堵塞,导致分馏塔内形成雾沫夹带和液泛,究其原因是因为原料中沥青质含量过高,油气在分馏塔中上升过程中形成黏油附着在塔盘上,长时间积累堵塞塔盘,最终导致柴油颜色发黑。采取在分馏塔加注阻聚分散剂的措施对分馏塔塔盘垢物进行清理,从而解决柴油颜色发黑问题,同时降低分馏塔的压降,实现催化装置的长周期平稳运行。
英文摘要:Abstract:Shandong Jingbo Petrochemical Co., Ltd. 2 million tons / year catalytic cracking unit in February 2017 appeared in diesel color black phenomenon,We used the gamma ray detection to find that the fractionator column was clogged, resulting in fogging and liquid flooding in the fractionation column,The reason is because the raw material asphaltene content is too high, so that oil and gas in the fractionation tower in the process of forming a sticky oil attached to the tray, a long time accumulation of clogging tray, eventually leading to diesel color black.Therefore, we in the fractionation tower with a polymerization inhibitor, the fractionator tower plate scale cleaning, so as to solve the problem of diesel color black, while reducing the pressure drop of the fractionation tower to achieve long-term stable operation of the catalytic device.
