中文摘要:N2O是一种对环境破坏最为严重的温室气体之一,德国BASF催化分解技术是目前应用最为广泛的N2O分解技术之一,文中介绍了N2O催化分解工艺流程和特点,通过对流程的模拟计算,并与实际运行参数相比较,分析得出整个运行期内操作上应采取的措施,即随着N2O分解催化剂活性的下降,反应器入口温度逐渐由460℃提升至520℃,进料中N2O浓度逐渐由12.5%降低至11%。
英文摘要:N2O is one of the most serious greenhouse gases that damage the environment, German BASF catalytic decomposition technology is one of the most widely used N2O decomposition techniques, This paper introduces the process and characteristics of N2O catalytic decomposition, indicates that some operational measures should be taken during the whole operation period, through the simulation of the process, and compared with the actual operating parameters. The operational measures are that the inlet temperature of the reactor should be increased from 460℃ to 520℃, and the feed concentration of N2O should be decreased from 12.5% to 11%, with the decrease of N2O decomposition catalyst activity.
