中文摘要:国内某油气田300×104m3/d天然气开发建设试采工程项目大型硫磺回收装置首次采用橇装模块化建造技术,将标准化设计“以模块组合”的设计方式扩展到建造方式,在总体布局上实现了从传统的平面展布向空间叠加的转变,施工采用“工厂预制+现场组装”代替传统的“现场下料+配管安装”方式,使天然气处理厂建设方式发生了革命性的转变。通过大型硫磺回收装置模块化建造的经验,本文介绍了大型硫磺回收装置组橇模块化建造的技术开发及实施优势,并通过对大型硫磺装置模块化组橇的建造流程、三维模型建立、夹套管线预制、成橇组装精度控制、钢结构制作、焊接控制以及包装运输方式的研究,提出了大型硫磺回收装置模块化组橇建造技术工艺,在保障油气田天然气净化厂整个工程建设质量、工期等方面发挥了重大作用。
英文摘要:A domestic oilfield has a 300 x 104 m3 / d development and construction of natural gas exploration engineering projects of large sulfur recovery unit for the first time the skid-mounted modularized construction technology, the standardized design "to the module combination" way of design way to build on the overall layout of the plane distribution of realized from the traditional to the change of spatial overlay, construction adopts "factory+field assembly" instead of the traditional "field blanking + piping installation" approach, in a revolutionary change in the way that natural gas treatment plant construction.Through large sulfur recovery unit modular construction experience, large sulfur recovery unit are introduced in this set of skiing modular construction technology development and implementation of advantage, and large sulfur devices based on modularization, 3 d modeling process of construction of the set of skiing, jacketed piping prefabrication, into skiing assembly accuracy control, steel structure, welding control, and research the way of packing and shipping, puts forward the large sulfur recovery unit modular set of skiing construction technology, in the protection of oil and gas natural gas purification plant construction quality, time limit for a project, the whole project has played a major role in such aspects.
