英文摘要:A company's 2.4Mt / a residue hydrogenation unit uses S-RHT technology.This article summarizes design and calibration of the device and analyzes the calibration results of the device. The results show that under the current ratio of raw materials, the residual carbon removal rate is 42.8%, sulfur removal rate is 87.6%, and nitrogen removal rate is 34.7%. The quality index of the main products meets the production requirements. The yield of the main products is higher than the designed value, and the energy consumption of the unit is lower than the designed value. The S-RHT technology has been successfully applied in the industrialization of a 2.4Mt/a residue hydrogenation unit.
