中文摘要:针对某石化公司连续重整装置氢气增压机的入口管线过滤器堵塞造成压差高问题,通过对过滤器进行宏观检查、垢样检测等手段分析发现:造成压差高主要是由于在特定条件下生成氯化铵,进而形成铵盐沉积所导致;提出采用对原料的控制、还原气出口增加脱氯罐、优化调整再生注氯量、控制循环氢系统水含量等多种措施并举,缓解氢增压机管线设备堵塞压差高的问题,从而保证装置的“安、稳、长、满、优”运行。
英文摘要:Aiming at the problem of high pressure difference in the blockage of the inlet pipeline filter of the hydrogen turbocharger of a continuous reforming unit of a petrochemical company, analysis of the filter through macro inspection and scale sample detection revealed that the high pressure difference was mainly due to specific conditions. The formation of ammonium chloride and the subsequent formation of ammonium salts; the use of various measures such as controlling raw materials, reducing the gas outlet to increase the dechlorination tank, optimizing the amount of regenerative chlorine injection, and controlling the water content of the circulating hydrogen system to mitigate hydrogen growth The high pressure difference of the pipeline equipment of the press blocks the problem of “safe, stable, long, full, and excellent” operation of the device.
