中文摘要:为降低传统工业企业生产过程中的碳排放,对生产装置进行碳捕集技术改造成为企业发展的必然选项。在此背景下,本文介绍了膜分离、吸附分离、吸收分离等几种CO2分离捕集技术的研究现状以供参考。其中膜分离技术具有环境友好、占地小等优点,但在处理复杂组成烟气时性能下降明显。吸附反应技术在捕集烟气CO2中得到广泛应用,但存在能耗高、污染大等问题,而以物理吸附实现空气中捕集CO2成为吸附分离技术的发展方向。另一种得到工业化应用的碳减排技术是利用有机胺溶剂吸收CO2,而以离子液体和低共熔剂为代表的环境友好型吸收剂成为未来吸收分离技术发展方向。
英文摘要:In order to reduce the carbon emissions in the production process of traditional industrial enterprises, carbon capture technology transformation of production equipment has become an inevitable option for enterprise development. In this context, this paper introduces the research status of several CO2 separation and capture technologies such as membrane separation, adsorption separation and absorption separation for reference. Membrane separation technology has the advantages of environmental friendliness and small footprint, but its performance decreases obviously when dealing with complex flue gas. Adsorption reaction technology has been widely used in the capture of flue gas CO2, but there are high energy consumption, pollution and other problems, and physical adsorption to capture CO2 in the air has become the development direction of adsorption separation technology. Another carbon emission reduction technology that has been applied in industry is the absorption of CO2 by organic amine solvent, and environmentally friendly absorbent represented by ionic liquid and low eutectic becomes the development direction of absorption and separation technology in the future.
