催化加氢-蒸馏技术在加氢脱硫中的应用与对比

中文摘要:文中对目前加氢脱硫应用中成本低、进料位置灵活、转化率高、选择性好、氢耗低、节能等优势集于一体的催化加氢-蒸馏技术进行了介绍,同时对加氢脱硫技术中的其他三类技术,并各选择其代表性技术进行了简单。通过技术对比得出催化加氢-蒸馏技术有较大工艺优点,但结合国内汽油质量发展以及FCC汽油特点,发现固定床技术(选择性加氢脱硫技术、选择性加氢脱硫及辛烷值恢复技术)具有更大的优势。
英文摘要:The catalytic hydrogenation-distillation technology, which has the advantages of low cost, flexible feed position, high conversion, good selectivity, low hydrogen consumption and energy saving, is introduced in this paper, at the same time, the other three kinds of hydrodesulfurization technology and their representative technologies were selected. Through technical comparison, it is concluded that the catalytic hydrogenation-distillation technology has great process advantages, but considering the domestic gasoline quality development and FCC gasoline characteristics, it is found that the fixed bed technology (selective hydrodesulfurization, selective hydrodesulfurization and octane number recovery) has greater advantages.
