中文摘要:目前我国I类润滑油基础油市场萎缩,石蜡产品市场发展前景乐观,大部分炼油企业选择将石蜡由副产品变为主产品。根据酮苯脱蜡脱油工艺特点,阐述原料、溶剂、稀释条件、冷却速率及脱油温度等工艺条件对蜡产品的影响,达到提前设计工艺方案,优化操作条件的目的。根据装置各系统作用,介绍了相关工艺技术的新进展,有利于提高装置整体效益,对于充分利用现有资源生产优质的石蜡产品,提高炼厂的经济效益具有重要意义。
英文摘要:At present, most of the refiners choose to change paraffin from a by-product to a main product due to China's Class I lubricating base oil market is shrinking and the market prospects for paraffin products are optimistic. The effects of process conditions such as raw materials, solvents, dilution conditions, cooling rate and deoiling temperature on wax products are elaborated on the basis of the characteristics of ketone-benzene dewaxing and deoiling technology, so that the process plan can be designed in advance and the operating conditions can be optimized. According to the functions of the various systems of the unit, the new progress of related process technology was introduced, which is conducive to improving the overall efficiency of the unit. It is of great significance to make full use of available resources to produce high-quality paraffin products and improve the economic benefits of the refinery.
