中文摘要:某公司2.4Mt/a渣油加氢装置于2018年9月原始开车成功,2020年9月对反应部分I系列进行换剂,换剂后对装置的设计和标定进行总结,并对装置的标定结果进行了分析,结果表明在现阶段原料配比下,残炭脱除率为45.9%,硫脱除率88%,氮脱除率42%,主要产品的质量指标满足生产要求,主要产品收率高于设计值,装置能耗低于设计值,FZC系列催化剂在2.4Mt/a渣油加氢装置工业应用成功。
英文摘要:A company's 2.4Mt/a residual oil hydrogenation device was initially launched in September 2018,In September 2020, the agent of the reaction part I series was changed,This article summarizes design and calibration of the device and analyzes the calibration results of the device. The results show that under the current ratio of raw materials, the residual carbon removal rate is 45.9%, sulfur removal rate is 88%, and nitrogen removal rate is 42%.The quality index of the main products meets the production requirements. The yield of the main products is higher than the designed value, and the energy consumption of the unit is lower than the designed value. FZC Catalyst has been successfully applied in the industrialization of a 2.4Mt/a residue hydrogenation unit.
