用压差法测试稠油炼制废水的BOD的研究

中文摘要:用WTW OxiTop BOD分析仪测试稠油炼制废水BOD,该仪器测试原理为电子压力传感法,将废水中的有机物被生物降解过程中耗氧量的变化转变为压力变化,再换算为相应的数据输出。用该仪器测定标准样品的BOD,结果准确;测定稠油炼制废水的BOD,测定结果平行,重复性好;分析并确定了样品测试过程中的关键因素,为稠油炼制废水的BOD测定提供了一种新方法。
英文摘要:Measure the BOD of wastewater during heavy oil refining with WTW Oxitop BOD analytic instrument (made in Germany). The instrument principle is differential pressure method. Organisms of waste water can be microbial degraded, oxygen will be used up in this process. This instrument will change of oxygen to change of pressure as output of date. Both achieve precision and good repeatability. Analyse and confirm the critical faction during all thses tests. A new method for determination of BOD in heavy oil refining wastewater was provided.
