无纺布特种聚丙烯制备技术的探讨

中文摘要:摘 要: 介绍了一种新型无纺布特种聚丙烯的制备方法。研究发现,当采用固态过氧化氢作降解剂时,将降解倍数控制在8倍以内,就能生产出品质较好的无纺布特种PP。在制备过程中,可以利用两个反应器的气体成分来获得最优的流速。通过对制粒工艺条件的调节,使产物形态稳定,并对工艺添加剂进行优化,从而达到了这种特殊聚丙烯的平稳生产。
英文摘要:Abstract: a new preparation method of non-woven special polypropylene was introduced. It was found that when solid hydrogen peroxide was used as a degradation agent, special PP with good quality could be produced by controlling the degradation multiple within 8 times. In the preparation process, the gas composition of the two reactors can be used to obtain the optimal flow rate. Through the adjustment of pelletizing process conditions, the product morphology was stable, and the process additives were optimized, thus the stable production of this special polypropylene was achieved.
