重整C9芳烃综合利用策略

中文摘要:重整C9芳烃因其加工特性,芳烃含量极高,非常利于进一步加工利用。虽然用重整C9芳烃生产苯、甲苯、二甲苯(BTX)等轻质芳烃能够比传统燃料型炼厂将其作为调和汽油组分带来更高的收益,但随着原油加工能力的提高及汽油用量的缩减,其价格将会进一步下跌。C9芳烃中诸如连三甲苯、甲乙苯等单一组分的分离及加工利用尚处于起步阶段,产品链并未完全打通,因而这无疑是今后石油化工领域发展的热门方向。本文对某炼厂重整芳烃组分进行了梳理,结合当前行业发展,对提取其中主要C9芳烃组分的过程加以总结,并对提取单一组分的经济效益做了初步估算,以期助力企业实现跨越式发展。
英文摘要:Due to processing characteristics and extremely high aromatic content, reforming C9 aromatics are very conducive to further processing and utilization. Although the production of light aromatics such as benzene, toluene, and xylene (BTX) through reforming C9 aromatics can bring higher profits than traditional fuel based refineries using them as blended gasoline components, with the improvement of crude oil processing capacity and the reduction of gasoline consumption, their prices will further decline. The separation, processing and utilization of single components in C9 aromatics, such as 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene and methylethylbenzene, are still in their early stages, and the product chain has not been fully connected. Therefore, this is undoubtedly a hot direction for the development of the petrochemical industry in the future. This article summarizes the process of extracting the main C9 aromatic components from a refinery's reformed aromatic components, combined with the current industry development, and provides a preliminary estimate of the economic benefits of extracting a single component, in order to help the enterprise achieve leapfrog development.
