中文摘要：通过5年对国内某合成橡胶生产厂生产的丁二烯橡胶（BR ）9000，每月进行1批次样品的全项目检验，将5年所检验样品的生胶性能、微观性能、硫化特性、力学性能的均值与国外同类样品对比分析。灰分含量、生胶门尼粘度波动不大，挥发分含量、凝胶含量个别样品有波动；微观性能稳定；硫化特性与力学性能结果基本一致，产品性能稳定；各项参数检验结果与JSR BR01、韩国BR9000结果基本相当。5年委托的BR9000样品共计62批次，除1批次样品由于挥发分含量未达到优等品外，其余均达到了优等品指标，达优率为98.4%，产品性能优良，产品质量稳定。
